Today I'm cooking a Home Chef dinner, a little high on the carbs (onions & mushrooms). Tomorrow I cook my last Home Chef dinner, it has more high carbs (butternut squash & tomatoes). The Home Chef dinners were designated as low-carb, but apparently not low enough :( I'll do much better with the carbs, after the Home Chef dinners are finished ;)
