I had dropped down to 193.7 but despite eating minimally and exercising I've gained about a 1/4 of a lb a day for the last 5 days. I think it has to do with my cycle, but I'm going to have to ramp up my exercise even more than I already have recently. That'll be good for me no matter what my weight is! I'm just so thrilled to have broken the 200lb mark!!!
