I reached my goal of keeping my calories under 2000. I ate more veggies and minimized the carbs. I did not feel deprived because the volume of veggies more than made up for the carbs. My body is also balancing out from the "time" so by next Monday I expect to see the results of my hard work. My short-term goal is to be at 210 by 03/01/10.
98.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
