still at 175 which is cool...pms sucks but is a way of life and the pumpkin bread was good...i did give the rest of it away to the birds..so that i wouldnt be tempted again and must get directly back on the chain gang...too, I entered a new challenge ..invited you all as well..hope u decide to get in on it as if we keep in on a challenge we are less likely to stray...this one begins in 6 days and lasts 10 weeks..which is a good amount of time...so im putting back on my serious cap today and back to being the determined woman i know i can be..and this time gonna incorporate exercise as well..doc said i could if i was extremely careful...so..there ya go...have a great tueday all and hope ur all doing well ^_^
