Hi everyone. I am back, but can't seem to get back on track. Any suggestions. I can get through breakfast, but lunch and dinner seemed to be a struggle. If you are on track...try to stay on track!

Try putting all of your meals into your food journal 1st thing in the morning. That way, every meal is planned, and you know how many carbs you have to play with at snack times. It works for me! :) Good luck!

Try planning out the week in advance. And Plan snacks as well. Once you get a week down you should be back on track.

I like having beef jerky and 100 cal. popcorn as my between meal snack. It really helps to keep me satisfied, and I am able to stay in control during my next meal.

I am struggling with cravings again after falling off the horse. Last night, in a fit of trying to avoid eating something I would regret, I tore into a rotisserie chicken by myself at the dinner table right after coming home from the store. My husband just looked over at me and said in a droll tone of voice, "No comment." But I didn't cheat!
