Today's weigh-in gave me tears in my eyes, because I couldn't believe the number I was seeing -- 225.0 -- a number I have not seen in oh, probably 15 or so years! I had to take several looks, stepping off and stepping back on again for it to really sink in. OMG....it really finally happening.

Now, the key will be to not get all cocky and big-headed and decide that I can have a "treat" for working so hard. Well, let me take that back, I CAN have a treat for doing so well -- just NOT food!! Noper nopity nope.

Today will be batch cooking to get me through the work-week! On my way, yes, I am on my way -- BECAUSE I AM WORTH IT!!!!

Yes you are and you're doing awesome MamaG. Planning ahead by batch cooking is an awesome idea. It's been so hot here, cooking has been quick and easy lol. A lot of salads. When I do cook, I try to make a batch of something so that I can eat off of it for a few days. Helps out a lot!
