Loosing some inches, now THAT is progress. Gotta wear a belt which is totally rad. Don't think I've lost any weight... but who cares :D
back to class, back to a nice strict schedule for fud. still going with yogurt, it's part of breakfast now... we'll see what happens over the week. I'll probably introduce air popped popcorn on friday, just a cup a week I think, give me some movies munchies.
