I'm printing this picture so I can chew on it.
In black-and-white, it'll be lower carb, so it's ok!

Congratulations. So jealous of you. If I could eat a piece of pizza and not get sick I would be so thrillled.

I recommend some french fries too! It wouldn't have been a FINE cheat day for me if I didn't have some fries:))

Well I can actually eat French Fries, but it's not my favorite treat. I try to find a place that does fried calamari with corn meal instead of wheat flour and dig in. On vacation I had fried oysters in corn meal twice in 5 days!

Can't have B&W pictures of pizza without nice cold B&W pictures of beer to wash them down.

I think of pizza all the time. I don`t know if you know but I`m addicted to cheese (melted one), I absolutely love it. I tried not to eat it at all but luckily I`m on Keto now so I can allow myself.

@Hermiones Mom
Well the very first cheat meals (or days) were so hard for me which sometimes I ended up throwing up..( sad and gross,I know,sorry!!). But now it even helps my body to lose weight better which I didn't believe it when I understood! Last week I ate fast foods twice and when I went on my scale with shame at weekend, unfortunately I had dropped a pound...
Cheating works for my body if its not more than two days I guess. I'm very thankful for that!

@ofdwolf That would be great! I was wondering how would those cold pictures come out of the printer...!!

@Mal321 Pizza may not be something which I'd think about it all time but I'd never ever EVER say no to it! Maybe I even think about it sometimes...?
And about cheese I should say I love any damned kind of it. Aside from melted ones, Feta is my favorite with some bread as breakfast or on my lettuce salad with some olives and tomato! I suggest it very much

@grumpy_goat -- I am a big advocate of cheat days. In the old days - before IBS -- I always ate anything I wanted for Saturday night dinner and Sunday morning bfast. I share your theory that it may actually promote weight loss and also it definitely promotes a more realistic vision of the rest of your life -- meaning, it is not realistic to think that we will never eat pizza or ice cream or other delicious things ever again. Indeed, I think it is more likely that we will keep the weight off if we occasionally give in to eating rich yummy stuff. But when you have IBS, it's a little different. Over last weekend on vacation, I ate a yummy custard eclair and it about killed me. I wish it wasn't true, but it is. Sigh.

I have a recipe for a zucchini crust that I am going to try out. It's from the Closet Kitchen guy. Everyone says the cauliflower version is really good, but cauliflower is a big "No" for IBS people on the low-FODMAP diet. I'll post if the zucchini one actually works.
