Here goes, I'm not going to complain about how fast my weight isn't comming off. But winter just started and I'm tired of the cold already. I just wish that if its going to be this cold it would snow. This waking up to 20 degrees and only warming to 40 isn't doing anything for me. Even though its cold I still get out there and do my 30 min run in the evening. Guess the colder it is the more calories I burn. Guess thats a good thing.

It is cold here too. And I know we will have at least 4 more months of this, so I better get used to it. If I had to run outside I would never work out, LOL. That is why I go to a gym...I'm a wimp! :)

too right the colder it is the more cals your body burns just to keep body temperature up so good on you for not letting it stop you!!
