This armband is really keeping me going. I got home from work last night, checked my data and I was over in all my activity categories, but short in my "vigorous activity" by 11 minutes. So, what did I do? I thought briefly about being satisfied with what I had done, and then couldn't stand it that that one calorie burn target was off, so I popped in my Zumba RUSH disc and worked out! It felt great to do that little bit extra, but it may have messed with my sleep a little bit 'cause I tossed and turned a lot last night--partly because the heat was too high in my room and I couldn't get comfy after I got up to turn it down and cool off. Anyway, I am feeling good today! Ready to head out of town for a State Basketball Tournament with my family. Some dicey driving ahead--snowy mountain passes--but bring it on!!! Tucked my work out clothes in my overnight bag so I can hit the fitness room tonight and tomorrow. Perhaps I will soon become addicted to working out LOL!
