This afternoon, I work from 1530 to 2300..so have planned out my meals and snack. Two things have surfaced from perusing the Atkins forums...my fat ratio is not high enough and I need to get the book "The New Atkins for the New You". It comes out March 2/10 and I have ordered it from Chapters in Cortenay. Today I was down .5 pound to 153.5, however the weight journal at my FatSecret does not include .5. It is hard to wrap my mind around this high percentage of fat..however, I am FULL. which is bending my mind, wait do I see clocks dripping down the wall? lol.
