I think my weekend trip might be off :(. One girlfriend is in bed with flu, another one doesn't look well either. We will probably postpone our spa day. Nevermind, it's TOM this week and I have major munchies. I have made a healthy and filling porridge with oats, a pear, cinnamon and cocoa. Very filling but quite rich for a snack, I guess. I'm already wondering what to eat next :(

Oh no, too bad on the weekend AND on the TOM. Probably better off postponing on all counts. Your porridge sounds yummy. Hope you make it through the day without suffering too much.

Heather, I also think it's better to postpone. After my loss last week, I am just happy to maintain this week. No gain would be a great thing considering the circumstances.

OM NOM NOM. Munchies and college is a bad pair. Ramen always win. Essentially all i do is go to the gym and i FEEL instantly better. Drink tons of water to curb any awful munchies and indulge just a tiny bit. Apparently my tiny bit is a bag of ramen....but you know whatever.

Ha, I was looking at the ramen today, nearly bought a few packets. Comfort food is just sooo good but I need to come up with some healthy varieties.
