Diet went OUT THE DOOR this weekend up until yesteray. I was soooo sick!! No idea what I caught and am still fighting. It started with a throat tickle Saturday morning which then left me a mess by Saturday night. Called out of work for 2 days. I still lost weight though. Weighed in on Monday and saw I was down to 142. Though I was not counting carbs, I really did not eat much. I forced some chicken cup soup noodles and all. One of those cup soups a day Sat-Mon. Yesterday was the 1st day i got back to carb counting though I did not track on the site.

What a waste of an early work week. Not one workout, or anything I usually get to do during early work weeks. Still not up to a workout yet the way I feel. Anyway, tonight I have to do HW. My best bet is that I feel strong enough on Friday to start a workout.

I'll weigh in on Friday and see if those soups did anything to my progress.
