Wowza! I was not expecting that fantastic of a drop! Over the holiday I ate a taco and some nachos, which were definitely not on plan, nor on cheat day. So here I was hoping to lose anything at all! Workouts have been intense, but I love them. The focus is on strength and toning, so mostly weights. I'm feeling so strong and so solid, so this is another reason I didn't know what to expect. All of that said, I wear rings on each of my middle fingers (they used to go on my ring fingers, but are now too big), and at work yesterday whilst typing they started to spin around and become bothersome. So, during work yesterday I put my engagement ring on my first finger! It was crazy. But, encouraging. Have a great week, y'all! 😃
