ah hah ....hah.

Who knew eating sliced meat and hotdogs was so bad for you?
At 6 carbs a pop... no wonder I've almost gained a pound in the last week >.>

I was suprised to learn about how much sodium is in lunch/deli meat and hotdogs. Perhaps if you increased your water that pound would come right off :)

i wonder ... it probably would. I've been eatin way more sodium lately too so that pound is probably aaaaaall retained water :(
