+1 lbs
Bad day today. Last weekend I blew my diet and for the first time in two months I gained weight on week-to-week basis.
Really desperate to see this come down in coming week.

I know it's hard, but try to focus on the bigger picture. It's one tiny gain and overall you've done so well over the past 2 months. Occasional gains will happen, but as long as you keep getting right back to it then the overall trend will still be downwards. After all, it takes time to learn how unlearn all our bad habits :)
