It's Day 8 and my mind tried very hard to convince me that I wanted a bowl of cereal with milk for breakfast! I argued with myself for quite some time. "yes, you can have this just this once" "go ahead, you've been doing so good, give yourself a break" and "no one is looking, just do it"....
I am happy to say that I did NOT give in!! Heck no! Had a beautiful plate of juicy roast beef and some avocado instead! VICTORY!
