Had to eat out, and I'm guessing that grilled chicken wasn't something I should have been eating. Suck!
112.7 kg Lost so far: 23.4 kg.    Still to go: 31.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Why are we thinking the same? We went to our sons house for chicken bbq on the grill yesterday. I only had 1 piece and skipped the bread and poatoes. Tons of safe veggies (since we brought the veggie tray). I was still flat and didn't loose today so I started the apple diet. Wow, we think alike.
