Hello hello...starting new, starting fresh with this food journaling thing. Been other places and failed at consistancy. Here now, hoping to beat this weight thing once and for all. Off to learn the site....
ROFL, I guess it looks kinda silly that 2 mins sitting there on the elliptical -- but hey, I did it and so it counts! It's 2 mins more real exercise than I did yesterday, so I will take it.
