While in the past, eating had me riddled with feelings of guilt, I really enjoy all aspects of eating now and have lots of energy to do whatever I want. Trading the high-carbohydrate & sugar Standard American Diet and never feeling satiety for A clean, whole, nutrient-dense, full-fat and satisfying meal is a trade-off I'll take any day! :)
