12/3/07 - good day at work...had 4 clients comment on my weight...b, cereal w/choc milk, s - none, l - pickles and cashews, d - made these awesome sloppy joes - totally sb phase 1 or 2 and oven fries from small red potato's...have to have fries with sloppy joes...weird i know...but some food just go together...lol
