12/3/07 - good day at work...had 4 clients comment on my weight...b, cereal w/choc milk, s - none, l - pickles and cashews, d - made these awesome sloppy joes - totally sb phase 1 or 2 and oven fries from small red potato's...have to have fries with sloppy joes...weird i know...but some food just go together...lol

Okay, you've got to tell me more about the cereal and choc milk!!! Do you make up a skim choc milk and pour it.. over what kind of cereal?? I'm sooo intrigued! :) lol

ok...8oz of skim milk with 1 squirt of walmart brand no sugar added choc syrup and cascadian farms purly o's organic cereal...i cannot handle the taste of milk so the choc hides that and i can have breakfast that does not include eggs...lol...i cannot have soy so most of my processed foods are organic...lot less chance of soy...and 8oz of skim milk with 1 squirt of choc and 3 ice cubes put in the freezer until almost frozen so that i can drink it...strange i know...but just one of my food quirks...
