So I weigh myself to see the damage I did yesterday since I ate some fried chicken pieces. I swore those things had to be soo bad. Guess not cause I'm down another pound since last weigh in. Class was cancelled, YAY, and that allowed me to do some yoga. My muscles need a good stretch after my strenuous workouts last weekend. I've been doing some weightlifting for my legs since I want a nice tone.

I STILL have not gotten to cleaning up the ellipticle. I will have to do it this weekend a MUST so the BF can also get in his workout. He has lost about 25lbs so far on Atkins, but he has has no time to workout. I tell him 10 mins a day is enough, some calisthenics or the ellipticle.

I have replaced my morning coffee with herbal tea in the mornings. I loooooove it! I do plan to have coffee, LATER, in the hot months as a Frapp treat from time to time like I use to.

I started looking at dresses and shoes for my treat when I DO reach my goal, hehe. Also considered buying a bikini. I mean why not right?
