I'm floating on air right now. So excited, almost lost 3 lbs. And I need to continue this, dont want to find the same 3 lbs next week.
106.5 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 27.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
