Getting there..... Been exercising and eating well. Not tracking, but as long as I keep going thus direction I think I'm okay to skip that part. Plus I eat so much of the same stuff so it's easy to know calories in general.
104.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
