Well, I'm back after a sobatical of eating pizza, ice-cream, and generally a bad diet. I have been in the the struggle for approx. 10 years now and my body is starting to pay. I just had my gall bladder removed after a horrible case of gall stones at 41 yrs old. My blood pressure remains 120/82 and no signs of diabetes so far, but that will be my future if I don't start taking care of me. Being a busy, full time working mom of 2 young children is no excuse for not taking proper care of myself for if I don't, my children could lose me. I pledge to do my best to stop abusing myself with food and practice self love!
