I was really lucky esp by judging by my food for today. i wasnt feeling so hot so i had chicken and rice for lunch. really high in sodium. i worked out today but i chickened out on spin and opted for zumba instead.
61.0 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
