Today....I actually was hungry. So much for being full ...although for the most part I was satisfied with my eating. It's only 7:08 and I have no more to eat. Hmmmm, less carbs, less coating on the tongue. I'm taking more of an interest in meals and am eating things I haven't for years. Today is the first day on this website...I was wondering what my caloric intake was, so nice that I can track that.If I don't eat anymore, I will be about .5 pounds down tomorrow.
