My work has potlucks weekly, and I don't mean 5-6 people bring a cooked dish. I'm talking about 25-30 people. I tend to bring a salad for each potluck, only fill my plate with the healthiest stuff (about 1/3 of all potluck food) and never get pastries, dessert or chips. That's the only way to do it at a potluck or simply do not participate, make up an excuse. Like I brought my own lunch and I really need to stick to my health plan. People won't say anything to u if u say 'health plan', but if u say diet, they will.
