Thank God for today. I had the entire house to myself all day. I worked out with free weights (arms) danced with the music very loud for a couple of hours, did some standing pushups, lunges, and squats. Really had a active moving kind of a day. Didnt work, but I got alot done at home. Back to work tomorrow.
