Well another Tuesday and 1 more pound off my body. It could be better if I didn't splurge on the weekend. So this coming weekend I am commiting to eat like during the work week. But all in all I am happy - after all I do realize that you have to pay the piper. :) Work in progress ~ Lifestyle change!!
