So, I did my morning work-out.. 1hr on the treadmill at 3.0 speed. 0.5 incline. I was feeling so defeated after this weekend, but I promised myself I am going to make 2010 the year that I change my life. I will keep the momentum going. I've had bad eating habits for the past 10years. Looks like its gonna take more than 6 months for my body to start showing consistent drops on the scale. That's ok, i'm ready & im right here.. Not goin anywhere...
