Trying to wean myself off of artifical sweetners...I have been without them now for over three days, but did have a couple this morning in my MIM. I will be watching this very carefully...think it would be great if I could succeed in getting them out of my diet completely which is my goal. Still struggling with no loss...loose a couple gain it back...drinving my nuts but I refuse to give up..just going to adjust until I find what works for me.
