The weekend was OK. I got a bunch of house work done and also made Valentines treats for everybody. We went out for pizza and I did not deprive myself but did watch how much I ate. I had a good time dining out with hubs and my youngest son David. I also ate from the sweets I had made. Probably too much. Still don't eat as well as I do during the week. That keeps being a "work in progress" kind of thing. I will have to do better and feel confident that I'll get there eventually haha.
