Had a great weekend, but I was out of town and not able to measure carb and sugar grams exactly. I don't think I've gained any weight, but don't think I've lost either. We'll see when I weigh in tomorrow. I'm also hoping to get to the grocery store today so I can start that "Women over 40" diet with BFC.

Getting back to recording meals here again, which really seems to help me keep on track.
