Not quite sure what is up with me this week. I started out great then .2 adds each day. Until I was us to 122 today. hmmmmmm need to change things up a bit, which I thought I did adding the weight lifting. Maybe I am "building muscles". Not gonna let it get me down. I take measurements every friday and this week still showed loss of inches. That's what I am about right now, but after 4.5 months of steady losses, it is concerning. I know I haven't eaten anything different so that can't be it. Surely it isn't time to raise my calories AGAIN! I will if I have to, but not yet. I am gonna hang tough.
