Have been lazy and not recording my meals here, but have been keeping track in an journal (paper), not wise because I finally come back to day to start logging again and when I input my MIM that I eat almost everyday...well the last few weeks...it has 9 net carbs..and I realized that I am eating way over 3 sweetners a day! This could very well be a reason why I loose so very slowly! Now I know and I will eat them on rare occasions. Down a bit today..so I am happy...hope to keep going down.
169.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 56.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
