Oh Valentines day! We went and had crab legs and broccoli (the only veggie option), and probably would have been fine, but we decided to have a treat and get frozen yogurt. I only had a little, but I knew what it would do. Worth it? Not sure yet.
116.4 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
