SO its v day and I did eat one small cupcake and it was so good and one choc kiss but I am refocused because all though I am still big as a cow I am going to cont to work towards my goal. I bought a percentage fat and bmi reader and I am so happy. I am basically 30% fat and a bmi of 23.8. Either of these numbers are great and are on the HIGH side, but it is no big suprise. I ve been looking into hula hooping more as something fun for fitness.
