Actually, I base my weight report on an average of my weights the last week, this time, but I think last time I put in the weight I weighed that day. It means I have actually lost more because if I had based it last time on an average, it would have been 177.5. So I've lost more like 3 lbs. over these last two weeks. I know people like to go faster, but I think it's a little fast. I know it is going to slow as time goes on, but this eating is very doable, so if it takes the whole year, it doesn't matter.
