Sione is right - it is time to make plans for dealing with the 'falling off the plan' days and how I will get back on. I had many reasons for falling off this time - I have times where my phone's app doesn't work right or the tablet app hangs up. Then I was sick and it was my period - and here it is three plus weeks later. Well - enough of that.
Well - I did my diet journal - and boy was it Valentine's Day - chocolate, chocolate, chocolate everywhere.
