good weigh in before dinner but then dinner..... wow! hubby and the kids surprised me with grilled tuna, baked potato and salad! delish! what a nice early valentine's surprise! should have skipped the potoato, but thought... well, they had gone to all that work! First potato I've had in over 2 months! feel like I don't need to eat for the next few days! Those 200plus crunches a day are helping to keep me tight!
