I guess I'm sticking with my lose .4 gain .2 pattern for now.
I at too much yesterday. Still below my calorie budget, but more than 1600 calories yesterday. I have to stay focused today.
I hate that when I first started trying to lose weight last June, it just seemed to fall off. I was losing 3-4 pounds a week. Now I'm lucky if I can lose a pound a week. It is very frustrating. I feel like there is a some supernatural force trying to make sure I don't get below 180.
I guess I have to just keep at it.
