I have been so bad. It's like my mind has lost focus. It's been so hard to eat since these cravings of wanting something else is kicking in, It's so bad. Last night I caved in and ate a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich. At least it was Skinny Cow.

So I have decided, since I have been on Atkins for a month, I REALLY need a cheat day. So today I will eat normal, not out of hand, and not worry about carbs, BUT I will still track and not go over my calorie intake. AND I will still continue with my workout.

I feel if I dont' eat some chips or popcorn or some chocolate I will end up binging and THAT is the worst. Now I'm not saying that I WILL eat all this, but I feel maybe one small bag of Doritos will satiate my silly cravings. Then back on track.

I mean I have been satisfied with what I have been eating, and it tasted delicious, but it's like I have this Junk Food monster just wanting to come out!

This weekend I ate this FANTASTIC salad with Icebuerg lettuce, bacon bits, pieces of fillet steak, tomatoes, onions and it was MARVELOUS, but right after I was so tempted to eat a brownie. SMH.
