Ugh, weekends are my downfall! Mostly because I usually visit my parents, and they keep all this junk around, and then my self-control goes out the window and it's like I'm 12 again, sneaking sweets from my mother. Gahhhhh.

Any time I go visit my mother, my chocolate / junk radar is on. NO matter where she hides it! I CAN FIND IT! I know it is there..... EVIL... Visiting her is probably the hardest time I have when trying to eat healthy and not give in to my problem foods. I am sure it is all psychological and how I was or wasn't raised. BUT it definitely hits that GAHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhh nerve. Hang in there. I have to go home in April for her 80th birthday, and I love seeing her, but it just triggers every emotional eating cell in my body! I wish I could figure that out, but i can't!
