I actually started on January 24 @ 303#'s. Today I am at 285 so I have lost a total of 18#'s in a little over 3 weeks.But I am losing slowly now.I am trying to do different things like drinking a shot of apple cider vinager, taking vitamins and increasing my water intake. I am doing atkins and I have a really hard time tracking my net carb intake, I just don't take the time to write it down, and going from induction to phase 2 I don't understand how to do it so I am still on induction at this time. I really need to incorprate exercise so I joined the 1K everyday challenge. I hope this will kick start my weight loss again since it has slowed. The only thing I wish I had was a partner to help keep me going....The atkins diet is easy for me to stick too I love it I just think I am possibly eating too much meat and not enough veggies or I am addicted to the atkins endulge peanutbutter and chocolate cups.....Maybe I will have to give them up....
