rebeccaw's Journal, 11 Feb 10

Down .4, up .2. That seems to be my pattern right now. I ate about 1350 calories yesterday. At this rate I'm losing less than a pound a week. But in the interest of staying positive, I will say that I ate a very late dinner last night. I worked a late shift, so I didn't get home until after 10. My husband made me a yummy sandwich that I ate at about 11. So maybe that added a little to my morning weigh in and will give me a bigger loss tomorrow. I guess we'll wait and see.

Good attitude! I find that 1-2 pounds a week is the healthy way to get it off and keep it off! Works for me anyway. I have had steady weight loss for 4.5 months and now that I am really low I find it harder to shed the pounds since there isn't much fat. I am fixing to check out your exercise and eating habits to see if I can offer any more advice. Walk Walk Walk get in some cardio every day if you can or at least 3 times a week. Drink Water Water Water. Those are my two stand by hints for successful weightloss. No juices which are high in calories and carbs, no sodas for sure, and if you do drink juice, limit it to 1 8 oz cup a day.

ok just a quick observation. I noticed the sweets in your diet that of course will sabotage you! lol, but I know it is hard. Just ask yourself if you are willing to work out the extra hour to work off that danish next time you are tempted. Also I noticed that you are not going to log your food here anymore, so we can't help you analyze your eating habits if you don't, but as long as you know that, then go for it. I also didn't see any exercise. If you want to start seeing results go for a 30 minute walk 3 times a week. When you see the extra weight loss, you will be motivated to go longer and/or more often!
