What a week I have had! The stress level I have been under has been oh so not healthy! But the good side of it was that for the first time I have not used food to control the emotions. I am quite the opposite now, I have to force myself to eat! It's also been strange because I am constantly being asked if I have been eating! Does this mean I look bad? I know I have been looking really tired, but that is to expected when the stress has robbed me from my sleep. On a even sadder note my boyfriend has left me! I've realised that I really followed his lead when it came to eating. Specially considering he could eat anything he wanted and not gain an ounce of weight. So I guess between stress and grieving it all makes sense! However today is a new day! Even tho the weather is crappy I have a lot of stuff to do! Have a good saturday everyone!!
