went 2 days without sweetners. caved today. made chocolate bark and ate all of it. last time I made it. it stayed in the fridge, wasn't so good. this time I had unrefined coconut oil. Much better. Don't know if I take any to work. It makes your mouth BLACK!! Ton of calories today :(

Weird! Coconut bark made your mouth black? How do you make yours?

1/4 cup Coconut Oil 1-2 heaping tsp of cocoa powder 4 drops of liquid Splenda (or tbsp) - to taste Freeze 10 minutes It's the Cocoa, Goes away after a few minutes. But at work, never know when I'll have to talk to someone. Breaks mean nothing.
