What am I celebrating today? I waved goodbye to the 250s. Never again to return. I bid farewell to the 240s. It took a while, but I did it. So long 230s it was fun, but I can't stay. I feel more empowered than ever. my 1hr treadmill this morning was so hard, but I just kept putting 1 foot in front of the other & before I knew it... I had made progress. The workout was over, and I was feeling great! Ready for 1 more hour after work.

That is great progress! What kind of things worked for you to do so well?

I found low calorie treats I can have as cheats.... Like vanilla pudding cups for 60calories, and jello cups for 5 calories. I can afford to cheat for 65 calories everyday. Also, I dont beat myself up when I over indulge. I have found that patience has been my biggest weapon because every other week I gain weight nomatter what I do. Then every other week I lose much more than I gain. If you trust the process, over time, it pays off. I encourage you to be patient with your body & give it time. I had bad eating habits for the last 10 years. Surely my body will need more than 6 months to learn the new habits & start to let go of the weight more easily. Dont give up...
