One year ago today I made a decision to change my life. I was almost 270lbs, plagued with back and neck problems, pre-hypertensive and spiritually void. Through meditating on the Four Noble Truths I changed my thinking, which changed my attitude, which in turned changed my action. My action turned into a passion for transforming my body, mind and soul into a temple of strength, wholeness, and vitality as well as compassion to help others do the same. I look back on the journey over this past year with a great sense of accomplishment and humility. I intend to take those feelings forward as I embark on new endeavors. Change is only a one choice away...
